Take one level (1) scoop of CAL&MAG ASSIST twice (2) a day, during or after a meal or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.
Stir one (1) level scoop of CAL&MAG ASSIST into at least 120 ml – 240 ml of water. Stir until powder has dissolved and drink immediately.
