A magnesium mineral which is effective in relieving pain associated with cramps and spasms. Can also relieve headaches and symptoms associated with colic and teething.

Dosage

Adults: 2-3 tablets, Children: 1-2 tablets, Infants: Crush 1 tablet and dissolve in water. Dissolve tablets under tongue 10 minutes before meals, 3 times a day. May be used every 30 minutes in acute cases.
