Probiotic Assist™ should be used daily as well as:

DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE. Shake well before use.
Spray one to two (1-2) squirts in the mouth in the morning, half an hour before a meal or two (2) hours after a meal on an empty stomach or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
