Selenium is an important micronutrient that, as a component of selenoproteins, influences oxidative and inflammatory activity. These selenoproteins influence many metabolic processes, the more obvious of these being their influence on thyroid hormone management, fertility, the aging process, and immunity. Their more subtle key role is to maintain a balance of toxin and antioxidant flux in every cell. Furthermore, selenium impacts the immune response as well as the emergence and course of chronic disease. It can also be used as support for autoimmune thyroid, as well as an adjuvant to thyroid hormone therapy.

Dosage

Take 1 capsule up to 3 times a day.
